SHIPPING + DELIVERY
By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Locked Bags.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and are based on area and weight of package.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Standard Post: 2-6 business days.
Please note that due to COVID-19 there have been extended shipping times with carriers which are out of our control however our processing time is business as usual.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
If you haven't received a tracking email from us, please contact email@example.com and we will be able to follow this up for you.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or leave instructions on how to organise a redelivery. Please ensure you check your tracking number for updates as we are unable to regularly check this.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, She Shack Trading Co. cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
